RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased in our online store, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please email email@example.com to obtain a return form. Items returned without a completed return form that clearly states the order number will not be accepted. Please ensure that items are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Items that are damaged on receipt will not be eligible for a refund.
We recommend sending via an insured service with tracking. All returns are at the customers’ own risk and expense. We will notify you via email once your return is received. Your refund will be issued in the original method, less any shipping costs. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process the transaction (typically 3-5 business days).
The following items are non-returnable:
- All items purchased on sale.
- All items, which have been worn.
Items requested for exchange will be dispatched on receipt of the returned items.
Customers are liable for all shipping costs of exchange. You will receive a pay-by link prior to dispatch of replacement(s).
We will cover shipping costs for replacements made due to a production fault.
